Since 1996 in St Martin de Ré, Ile de Ré Chocolats has opened the doors of its laboratory to you to discover its know-how.
Our difference as an artisan chocolatier is our anchoring in the terroir, which is why beyond a very beautiful range of “traditional” chocolates, we have created unique regional specialties.
The most famous are certainly the Ile de Ré potato in chocolate, the Fort Boyard in chocolate or even the Pilots de Sel in chocolate and many other surprises that make Ile de Ré Chocolats so special.
Our little extra : True artisanal know-how and the use of typical regional products, AOP butter from Poitou-Charentes, Fleur de Sel from Ile de Ré, Cognac and Pineau.
Attention gourmets…you won’t leave, of course, without having tasted it! Ganache, praline, pure origin chocolate or even fleur de sel caramel will be offered to you among the varied choice of the shop.
We invite you to come and discover the secrets of cocoa and chocolate manufacturing (with the exceptional creation of the famous Fort Boyard in chocolate) and our brand new Chocolate Museum.
